Reisastua Lodge is ideally situated between steep mountains, deep fjords and endless forests - far from the hectic modern world. Perched by the Reisa River with direct access to the wonderful Reisa National Park, it is perfect for experiencing a wide range of Arctic adventures or to simply relax and enjoy the peace and solitude. With its remote location in the Reisa valley, it takes time to get to the lodge, but it is definitely time well spent.
Sleep Well
The lodge offers 6 spacious suites, all with private bathrooms, and a small apartment with 3 bedrooms for up to 6 guests. All the accommodation types are tastefully furnished in classic Norwegian style and have wi-fi. Many of the suites offer breath taking views across the Reisa River, with the towering mountains beyond.
Eat Well
The restaurant focuses its cuisine using the finest local ingredients to create a range of delicious Norwegian dishes. Overlooking the river, forest and mountains in the distance, it offers a cosy and friendly atmosphere to enjoy all the meals.
Play Well
The backdrop of the Reisa Valley, forests and mountains are perfect for taking part in the wonderful activities available from the lodge. The popular trips including snowmobiling, dog-sledding, snowshoeing and ice-fishing are all possible, as well as the more unusual such as ice-climbing and whale watching (Dec-Jan only).
