Fjord Paradise

Hiking and Fjord Holiday in Norway - 292 Aurland

Deep in Norway’s fjord country, a small farmstead offers stylish comfort among landscapes that are truly breath-taking. Look up and you’ll be encircled by lush mountains, look down and there’s the fjord – deep, blue and magnificent.  The farm sits next to the Aurlandselva River – a mecca for British angling enthusiasts from as far back as the 19th Century. Today guests come to Aurland for the dramatic landscapes, the outdoor adventures and the peace and quiet. 292 Aurland is a recently converted fishing lodge and is ideally placed for hiking, fishing, and other fjord activities. This three night fjord holiday includes guided adventures.

Hiking and Fjord Holiday in Norway - 292 Aurland

5/5

One of the best short holidays ever! The trip was extremely well organised and everything ran smoothly from the initial contact with Magnetic North till the end of the trip. The Fjord holiday in Aurland was beyond expectations. The place is really beautiful but it was the warm hospitality at 29/2 Aurland, the hostess's dedication and her attention to detail that made this place so special. I 'd love to return.
