When you get near the gorge it’s best to approach the destination in peace and silence. Your hike continues with a short trip to the highest point of the hill with a view across to a bright wilderness lake that shimmers in the summer sunshine. Your day starts with a traditional Finnish breakfast. Spend the day relaxing around your cabin, ever on the watch for animals that call this wilderness home, or choose one of the many activities that are available locally. We recommend taking the opportunity to go Husky hiking. This will be a wonderful day in the wilds with huskies as your companion. If you love huskies and walking in nature, this day is made for you! As the dogs have much better senses than humans, they help us to see and hear better what is happening around us. On the tour every hiker will get their own husky and your guide will show you the path through the forests and between the lakes. Everyone stops for a picnic lunch during day. Feel the friendship with your hairy companion and enjoy the beauty of the Wild Taiga region! Dinner is served at the Wild Brown Bear centre.
