Stockholm Highlights - Private Walking Tour

Stockholm Highlights - Private Walking Tour

Join this Private walking tour visiting Stockholm's main attractions, including some great stories too! The tour starts at the Stockholm City Hall, a masterpiece of brick architecture and venue for many political discussions and celebrations. Hear why the Blue Hall is in fact, not blue and how many council members does it take to make a decision.

Then head across the bridge to the Island of Nobility, a quieter part of the city before visiting its much busier neighbour island, Gamla Stan "The Old Town" the historical centre of the city and most popular place to visit, including The Royal Palace, Stockholm Cathedral and Stortorget "The Main Square". Make your way along the cobbled streets and alleyways before coming to the harbour shore where you'll pick up one of the public ferries to Djurgarden, and the Vasa Museum, home to a Swedish warship that spent over 300 years underwater and nearly in a complete state. You can choose to stay and end the tour here, or take the tram back to the city centre.

The meeting point for the tour is outside the main entrance of Stockholm City Hall, but it is also possible to meet at your hotel for an additional charge.
