After breakfast, take a guided tour to Sermermiut, an ancient Inuit settlement located on the Ilulissat Icefjord, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Learn about the different Inuit cultures that have lived here over the past 4,000 years and admire views of the massive icebergs. The 3 km (1.9 mi) round-trip hike takes about an hour over a mix of track bridges and natural terrain—sturdy footwear is recommended.

Set out early for a full-day boat trip to Eqi, one of Greenland’s most striking calving glaciers, located 80 km north of Ilulissat.
