Arctic Bath
Floating Spa Hotel
Arctic Bath pays homage to Sweden’s forests, drawing inspiration from the convoys of logs that have floated the length of the Lule River for centuries, a modern day reminder of northern heritage. Guests are invited to use the hotel’s spa facilities, while staying in floating cabins, locked in the ice during winter months, and luxurious cabins on shore.
Sleep Well
Choose between floating hotel cabins, linked to the shore by walk-ways over the water, with a small lounge inside and a wooden deck outside, the perfect place to spot the northern lights. They include a private bathroom, wi-fi access and a pellet stove to warm the air on a cold night in the arctic. Or on shore there are Suite Cabins for 2 people with living room, bathroom, mini-bar, wi-fi access and a pellet stove. The larger Land Cabins sleeping up to 5 guests have a king size bed on the ground floor, with a spiral staircase leading to the loft with 3 further beds.
Eat Well
The ethos of the restaurant is homemade and local dishes based on local ingredients while using traditional northern cuisine with a modern twist.
Play Well
The main emphasis at the Arctic Bath is to use the spa facilities which are available for guests, but there are also plenty on offer for arctic adventures for those wishing to get out into the wilderness and enjoy the beauty of Swedish Lapland.
Be Well
A stay at Arctic Bath includes access to its saunas, jacuzzis and a plunge pool. There are also several treatments and massages which can be booked using a highly skilled therapist. Overall, the Spa provides a luxurious and relaxing experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
