Whale watching holiday in the Lofoten Islands

The Lofoten Islands in North Norway are within touching distance of the edge of the continental shelf which plunges the depth of the ocean to more than 3000 feet. Here the deep water and resulting supply of nutrient-rich food such as squid and fish are essential feeding grounds for Sperm whales. Located just an hour from the coast of the Lofoten Islands, this trip is a perfect location for watching the Sperm whales in their natural environment. This holiday itinerary can be adapted to suit you and is available between May and September. All our trips support the research and protection of the whale colonies and take place on board small vessels which use technology to reduce any disturbance caused to the whales.

Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves.
