Itinerary:

We'll help you create your bespoke Northern Lights holiday whether it is a family holiday, anniversary celebration, honeymoon or trip with friends. We can offer a number of winter activities to choose from and advise you on sites and things to do around Tromsø and other Arctic destinations. The holiday is tailored around your preferred departure dates and choice of activities and accommodation and is available between October and the end of March.

We also offer Northern Lights gift packs to present to your loved one on a special occasion. Our dedicated and personalised service will help you to choose the best value options based on your wishes and budget. We'll also answer any questions you have about searching for the Northern Lights.

Examples of excursions and activities

Dog sledding
Take a thrilling dog sledding trip with your guide. He’ll show you the basics of working with the dogs as you glide over the snow. This trip is for one day and includes meals and equipment.

Snow shoeing
Travel out of Tromsø and go for a walk with snow shoes. Snow shoeing is relatively easy to pick up and allows you to get off the beaten track.

Northern Lights on Horseback
Experience one of the region’s beautiful fjords and the Northern Lights on horseback. You’ll travel to Nordre Hestnes farm, an hour from Tromsø where you’ll find your Icelandic horses and ride with your guide to hunt for the Northern Lights. No prior experience of horseriding is necessary. 

Overnight Trip to Camp Tamok and Activities
Stay at a true wilderness camp overnight sleeping in a traditional lavvu tent heated by the open fire and reindeer hides. Choose two activities from snow-mobileing, dog-sledding, reindeer sledding, snow shoeing and cross-country. You'll do one activity in search of the Northern Lights and the other the following morning. All food, warm clothing and transport is included.
